Lemon-cranberry tuna salad sandwiches

Ingredients

1/3 cup(s) fat free mayonnaise

1/4 cup(s) reduced-fat sour cream

1/4 cup(s) dried cranberries, coarsely chopped

1 Tbsp fresh chopped dill

1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1/4 tsp lemon zest

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

12 oz water-packed tuna fish, drained

8 leaf/leaves basil

4 item(s) french roll(s)

1 small sliced cucumber(s)

8 leaf/leaves bibb lettuce

Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir in tuna.

Place 2 basil leaves on bottom halves of each roll; top basil leaves evenly with tuna mixture. Top each sandwich with cucumber slices, 2 lettuce leaves, and tops of rolls. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 sandwich).
